This privacy policy applies to the FastLane mobile application (hereinafter, the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by FastLane (hereinafter, the "Service Provider") as a free service. The service is provided "AS IS" and is intended to facilitate commercial management in your supply chain.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the Application.
Information We Collect
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The Application screens you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
- Total time spent using the Application
- Your mobile device's operating system
- Personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, company, tax ID, and business contact details
- Order data, catalogs, billing, and other commercial information necessary for the service to function
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device unless you expressly authorize it for specific service features.
How We Use Your Information
The Service Provider uses the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Application
- Process orders, billing, and commercial management
- Communicate with you regarding important notices, service updates, and, with your consent, marketing promotions
- Improve user experience and Application performance
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
- Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues
Sharing with Third Parties
Aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted periodically to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the following ways:
- When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect your rights, your safety or that of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this policy

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstallation processes available on your mobile device or through the corresponding app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Data Retention
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you would like us to delete data you have provided through the Application, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the information we process and maintain, including encryption in transit and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Biometric Authentication
The Application optionally offers sign-in via biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) using the device's native frameworks: Apple LocalAuthentication and the Keychain (Secure Enclave) on iOS, or the Keystore on Android. The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any biometric data. The device's operating system only returns a success or failure result, and the biometric template never leaves the device's secure hardware nor is it accessible to us. When you enable this option, the only item stored behind the biometric protection is your session token, kept locally on your device and never sent to our servers or any third party. You can disable this feature at any time from Profile → Security.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to the processing of your personal data
- Request portability of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time

International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. By using the Application, you consent to such transfer. We take reasonable measures to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with this policy.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
